If you discover a damage or defect on a product that you have received from us, please contact our customer service at as soon as possible to report the problem. We may ask you for pictures or videos of the damage to facilitate the resolution process.

We will assess the claim and take appropriate action to correct the problem. If the product can be repaired, we will repair it and send it back to you. If the product cannot be repaired or there is no equivalent product available for replacement, we will offer a full refund.

Please note that the right of complaint only applies to products that are damaged or defective due to production errors or other errors beyond your control. Damages or defects caused by incorrect use or handling of the product are not covered by the right of complaint.
