We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item/product unused within 14 days from the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at kundtjanst@srtservice.se to request a return ID number. Once you have received this number, please return the item/product in its original packaging and with all accessories included. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

When we receive your return, we will check that the item/product is in new and unused condition. If the item/product meets our return policy requirements, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that the following goods/products cannot be returned:

• Goods/products that are specially ordered or personalized

• Digital downloads or subscriptions

• Gift cards

We also do not accept returns on goods/products that are damaged due to improper use or handling.

If you receive a damaged or defective item/product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may ask you for pictures or videos of the damage to facilitate the resolution process.
